      - People you work with directly are genuinely amazing people - Work life balance is not just a buzz word for your direct leadership - Onboarding is great and continuous development is not only possible but openly encouraged.

      Cons

      - Pay is in no way good enough - Job security is not looking positive long term - Senior leadership appear to do their utmost to avoid accountability for their running of the company.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
