Company cares about investors more than about employees - Program Manager ICON Employee Review

Work/life balance, unexpected decisions to fire people and not pay bonuses for the last year despite of the great performance of the whole division, cancelling promotions but promoting people at exec level. Maybe the business expansion plan for 2024 was too ambitious, but operations team are not making those plans, so it is not clear why they would be in charge for less business win. I expect lots of people to leave, so then ICON again will be looking for the talents. Bonuses should be delayed or decreased but not cancelled.
