      -fully remote -get to work with top pharma companies

      Cons

      -no merit salary increase -impossible to get promoted or considered for new opportunity -performance review process inefficient efficient and inaccurate with most line managers unable to understand what you do on the pharma side

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
