      Pros

      I currently work at IEB and I have nothing but positives. It is quite a fast paced environment yes, but it is well run and efficiently managed. The peers and management are excellent. Highly recommend if you can withstand a busy workload at every time.

      Cons

      My only con would be the future is quite uncertain after the economical debacle courtesy of the CEO and their board partners. It is uncertain if whole departments will continue to exist and it is unnerving

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
