      direct management is honest and sincere

      systems are outdated, outsourcing of finance activities brought delays and dissatisfaction. the result is shown in the FS, with revenue growth frozen, many layoffs and stock price below PRA's acquisition

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
