Pros
Functional Management has always been very supportive. Engaged and able to provide insight and suggestions for support. ICON also has many opportunities for engagement on a personal levels via committees and activities, etc.
Cons
I was engaged in reassignment to another client and the timing unfortunately overlapped with previously scheduled vacation. Even though I had an interview scheduled with the client-facing project team, I was terminated. I wasn't able to access my email or calendar which was used to schedule the video interview. The lack of support and follow up surprised and disappointed me. It painted a different picture of the company I had come to know.
