      PMs/programmers/managers are usually competent and understanding, but the more turnover that happens, more good people that leave. Pay is decent (60-70k starting) and moves up with experience Fully Remote

      Cons

      Clinical research layoffs are frequent as of late (2025) Related to above, bonuses were cancelled 2 of the past 5 years Not a lot of upward mobility Minimal Culture Class Action Lawsuit

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
