      Good salary Able to move internally Supports your career goals Nice teams and people to work with

      Focus too much on how much money the company makes. Doesn’t give good salary increases if they even give one at all. If you move internally it’s likely you receive a pay decrease.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
