      Pros

      Good exposure to clinical trials and sponsors. Fast-paced environment to develop CTA skills. Some project managers and trial managers are lovely to work with. Great work culture with a friendly environment, and the social club is a nice way to connect with colleagues.

      Cons

      Low pay, limited growth, and biased management. Overtime is expected but not recognised. Performance reviews lack constructive feedback and often overlook actual contributions.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
