Pros
Coworkers are very good. Benefits are good but your share is expensive if you're not single. Decent but not great career support (i.e. online learning) materials.
Cons
Benes can be expensive and some (e.g. ISP subsidy) are hard to access. Annual raises are tied to the same subjective metrics that annual bonuses are, and a negative review is easy to come by, leaving you with an at-or-below COA raise. ICON provides you with materials for supporting your upward career trajectory but with no time to actually put them to use and no real guidance on which ones you would need.
