      Flexible work, other than that nothing else

      Cons

      Management don’t support you, they only care about their representation; teams are small and understaffed, unable to deliver to sponsors of their requirements. Lots of people leave as due to last 3 years redundancies there were no more new recruits meaning you get more projects assigned. There are no career opportunities only people who are in CTA or CRA role get promoted to a level 1 or 2, if you are in a senior role, there are no opportunities.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
