      Flex and the ability to work hybrid

      Cons

      The hybrid is also a con, I understand the company's intention to force collaboration but when there are no company events, and all of the work is on computers its hard to defend the collaboration argument. There are other models we could use that other companies do such as a town hall once a year central to your country. Which would allow for collaboration for folks to chat and get to know one another.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
