Pros

There is ample free parking and working refrigerators.

Cons

Management cannot make ANY decisions without approval by the owner of the company. The owner of the company is very unstable and often insulting. Direction is fleeting, indecisiveness is crippling. There's no drive to produce good, successful work. Annual reviews are not conducted on time. Employees are not supplied with the equipment or resources to do their job well.
