Working at Iconma for over 10 years has been an extremely positive & rewarding experience. Throughout my tenure, I have really appreciated the team collaboration & open communication. They truly care about their employees - I feel supported when things come up in my personal life.

Workload can fluctuate, but the team is open to jumping in to assist or to shuffle tasks around to help alleviate if someone has an influx.

Very good communication, team is very helpful most of the time.

Pay is pretty low. Benefits are bare minimum. Run as a temp agency.
