Working at Iconma for over 10 years has been an extremely positive & rewarding experience. Throughout my tenure, I have really appreciated the team collaboration & open communication. They truly care about their employees - I feel supported when things come up in my personal life.

Workload can fluctuate, but the team is open to jumping in to assist or to shuffle tasks around to help alleviate if someone has an influx.

Professional talent acquisition staff. Efficient with both employee and employer's time. Subcontracting manager was very understanding of my work / life balance as well as career outlook

No PTO if going to be absent for doctors appointment, etc. Pay could be a whole lot better or at least given a fraction of an allowance worth of PTO.
