Pros
Got to meet lots of good and talented people there. Worked well with my team to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time, and was able to build up on skills quickly. Good PTO and high likelihood of being hired.
Cons
High turnaround. Pay didn't align with similar roles adjacent in structure. Was dismissed when asking about internal equity. Expectations were inconsistent across the team. Compliance metrics were impacted by conflicting priorities. No support provided when conflicts had to be escalated. Leadership openly disrespects subordinates. Blanket statements in job description were used to include duties outside of department and scope of qualifications for job. Interview and job offer were misleading.
