      It was a good experience to work in medical. Some good challenges related to plastic processing.

      Cons

      A lot of paperwork and bureaucracy Medical molding is very tightly controlled. Not much you can do in engineering with legacy products.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
