      Cons

      Environment is sadly very unprofessional and toxic. Change needs to come by way of management enforcing professional and cooperative behavior among fellow teammates and between business units. Work-life balance is not respected.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
