Pros
Not many pros left. This company was a great company to work for at one time, but they changed CEO's and the company no longer cared about the employees and only the bottom line for the CEO's salary.
Cons
Turnover is huge now, so unless you like to be beat down everyday and treated poorly I wouldn't recommend this company to work for. their attitude now is "anyone can be replaced". Wrong attitude I think. A good loyal employee is hard to come by, why not keep the ones you have. also, there is really no advancement opportunities as they never promote from within.
