Pros
Management is good about allocating resources under constraints Generous bonuses and 401k is decent that's all I can think of.
Cons
Terrible health insurance options for an IV manufacturer Highest turn over i've ever seen in any manufacturing company I've worked for Crazy old technology, probably the farthest behind in terms of efficiency Only managers have offices with windows, the depression will get to you. No professional development Challenges to get memberships to professional organizations paid for Not once has a manager taken a department out for dinner or any group activity Low pay compared to tech companies growing in exponentially expensive Austin. Manager has one-on-one time about once a month, which is unacceptable Highly educated people, but hardly anyone has industry experience The pay is more than a small town, but not enough for Austin. Needless to say, if you want your career to die, stay here. You cant pay me any amount of money to stay any longer.
