Pros
Lots of autonomy in the field, but it comes at a cost--you have to produce. If you're not afraid of hard work and self-starting, then this is a good place. New alignment in sales should help.
Cons
Still figuring out what we are going to be when we grow up. Sales management is looking like they want to do the right thing but are not sure what that is. You have to be able to think on your feet and focus on what you have in front of you, not on the what the next reorganization will look like.
