      Manager is great. Coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      No consistent or raise. Higher level management does not listen to needs of employees, but only think about the production. This leads to not being heard and so changes can't be made.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
