      The Aetna HSA/HRA offering on the health insurance is worst of it's kind. Not all the procedures/ surgeries/ tests are covered by Aetna.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
