      Cons

      Toxic environment. Nepotism reigns, unless you’re one of the favoured few, then you stand zero chance of being recognised or having any future. Hire fire culture. Penny pinching to the extreme.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
