Diverse products, established Pharma/MedDevice with many good examples, opportunities to learn the industry if you are self driven (no one will come to you).
Cons
Extremely Toxic people scattered in most areas/departments with no performance process and/or competent managers to coach them or remove them from company. Pay typically not competitive due to poor internal comp adjustments. Extremely difficult to implement new ideas/projects due to poorly thought out and managed change control processes. Can take up to 20 people and months of routing to update a procedure. Lack of enthusiasm and engagement from many employees towards work/company. Turn over very high for individual contributors and directors, and very low for mid level managers.
