Cons
From the time you land a customer, it takes ICU at least a month to ship the first order. Shipping lead times for existing customers should be one day not weeks. The layers of bureaucracy are worse than the govt. There is no flexibility to meet the customer half way. Its embarrassing giving excuse after excuse to your customers as to why things are dragging out or why we can’t be more flexible. Sales reporting is not very accurate. Great Sales reps are capped on their pay. The upper management is a good old boy network and they make sure to get paid their bonuses even if it means laying off a lot of great employees. Not much room for advancement.
