      Pros

      I worked for ICU Medical for more than 7 years and it was always a great experience and learning. It is, in fact, the best place to begin one's career. There were lots of ups and downs but I always enjoyed everything including the work pressure and politics.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
