Terrible culture and ethics - Sales Support ICU Medical Employee Review

Terrible horrendous leadership dominates employee experience ; the roles and compensation are incredibly overdue for reviews, gender pay gaps exist (seriously, why isn't this legally protected ?) and no one is advocating for employees, the only focus is on external (customer) experience; a supervisor actually suggested finding a new job rather than trusting the work conditions will improve.
