      Good salary, formed good connections in the company, you are able to form a ok work-life balance.

      Cons

      The company allows bullying. Escalated to HR they merely acted as a mediator but did nothing about bullying.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
