Pros
at one time , the people were worked here wattitude, ssionals, the place had some of the Abbott / Hospira roll up your sleeves and dig in attutdue, 401k match was very good, location inspiring.
Cons
The replacing of good drivers mentioned above with bad drivers...raise freezes, you get your raise in your bonus and managers preached that as it was a good thing, obvious intent to rip any Hospira policy including people out of the building, wave and waves of firing which obviously were finance picking the perceived highest paid they thought expendable. a belief in stock price was all that mattered...until ICU management worked a peach set up from Pfizer off a cliff in 2019...then now what
