      Great news! ICU Medical implemented a new PTO program at the beginning of 2016. New employees are eligible for up to 3 weeks of PTO in addition to 11 PAID Company holidays on an annual basis.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
