      Some of the employees made the shifts fun and not brain numbing

      Cons

      Constant shift changes from days to nights. Low pay with not great benefits. Managers backstab you every chance they get. No communication from corporate.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
