      Could most definitely offer a redundancy package to employees that is more in line with the industry norm. They have shown that they don't really value commitment and time given by long standing employees.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
