      Pros

      The teams I have worked with are extremely friendly and the work/life balance has been a breath of fresh air. My role has been almost entirely remote, and I feel a sense of trust from management as I work from home.

      Cons

      Teams can be small which causes unrelated projects to pull you from your primary responsibilities.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
