      12hr shifts provide work-life balance. Challenging work, if that's your thing. Satisfaction of producing life-saving products.

      Cons

      High chance of burn out & low morale exist on some product lines w/8hr shifts due to frequent OT requirements & high turnover rates. Training leaves much to be desired.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
