      Its nice working 3 or 4 days a week and having the rest off, The people are mostly nice but cliques form.

      Cons

      Pay is not enough, If you want your mind to be stimulated this is not the job for it. A lot of paper pushing and documentation

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
