Phantom managers have feral employees - Technical Support Specialist ICU Medical Employee Review

My department is very feral leaving us with minimal guidance or training from management leaving everyone to fend for ourselves. Management is absent physically and otherwise and are rarely available. They offer little to no direction on how to handle customer issues. Suggestions on how to improve service to customers are usually shot down completely, or you get gaslit told it's a good idea and they'll work on it but nothing actually gets done in order to get you to stop asking.
