Zero work-life balance - Safety & Regulatory Reporting ICU Medical Employee Review

Absolutely ZERO work-life balance. I was hired to be one of two in my role. After on-boarding, they cancelled the other position requiring me to do to the job of two people. I worked 12-16 hrs M-F and at least 8 hrs over the weekend just to maintain. Then I would be scolded because I missed something. When I brought up my concerns to management, I was basically told deal with it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
