      ICU Medical purchased Smiths Medical from Smiths Group in 2022, There were a LOT of CHANGES in the organization. Lots of lay offs for many departments that were formerly Smiths Medical. LOTS of knowledge from this pool of employees that tossed out.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
