      Good insurance, yearly bonus, free coffee

      Cons

      Cheap management, no christmas parties. People "working" from and people in the office daily, have same sick and vacation days. Not fare. No exception. No place for career growth.

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
