Pros
At the end of the day, IDEXX is a great place to work, but like most companies, there is still improvements to be made. It's important to remember, this is work, it doesn't have to be fun or fair.
Cons
Max 6% promotional raise. IDEXX does not give 5's on reviews. Very small yearly raises, so small you almost want to tell them to keep it b/c it seems like they need it more than the employee does. You will not see more then a 3% raise, most are around 1% (if any).
