Senior management is completely out of touch It is all about money -- forget about what the customers really need It is a political minefield in Westbrook -- make sure you don't make a wrong step! They give away a lot of equipment to bolster their numbers in a virtual shell game of dollars. Need to sell more chemistry machines? Pay for it with incentives when you sign up for overpriced lab services. Best thing a customer ever told me -- "a veterinarian is an idiot if they ever pay for a single piece of equipment from IDEXX -- you can get it free if you work your DPC hard enough."
