Very deceptive - Anonymous employee IDEXX Laboratories Employee Review

Management lies. They tell you that you can be cross trained in other areas, but that never happens. They accuse you of things that they made up on the top of their heads. Are very discriminatory when it comes to who they discipline and who they don't (if you are of the same culture that your supervisor is, then you can pretty much do whatever you want.) HR pretends to care, but are just there to back up managers.
