Pros

High compensation rates, excellent benefits, fast and responsive hiring team

Cons

Terrible employee morale with good reason. It's grinding factory work disguised as laboratory testing. Recently consolidated facilities means the North Grafton location has way more work than the staff can reasonably handle. Absolutely NOT worth the money.

Great benefits. The company is working on a better work-life balance as well as improving the culture. The work is great for neurodiverse individuals.

Cons

History of promoting the 'Yes man' and overlooking other possible candidates for new positions. Can often fall into a cliquey environment.
