Pros
Good Benefits, genuinely Training Opportunities (when they're available)
Cons
"Career Ladder" full of subjective categories intended to keep you from getting a promotion. Favoritism amongst some managers. Some conditions of promotions are seemingly optional for a few individuals Constantly labeled as "overstaffed" even if helping to cover other departments that are understaffed. AI is coming so currently only hiring temps and not getting enough temps in the door to keep stress levels manageable. Extremely dumb attendance policy that "resets" the fall off dates for former absences when you receive a certain number of points to a year from the date you get your verbal/written warning instead of a year from when you were absent. You will be pressured to meet numbers, as is expected, but sometimes the goal posts move. Some managers expect unreasonable and reckless speeds for some of their readers and technicians. Some managers will lie to you about the standards you need to meet.
