Idexx is a company that functions only on the concept of management by objectives, you will be evaluated only on statistics and target, as an employee you will find yourself reduced to this commitment.

Cons

Management takes no interest in improving working atmosphere and remuneration leaves much to be desired, personal effort is hardly noticed.
