      - Great benefits and PTO - Good work environment and great co-workers - The company is always looking to improve and release new and innovative products which has lead to IDEXX hold an oligopoly on the veterinary market

      Cons

      - Salary may not be as high as in other medical device companies - Hard to move up the ladder in satellite locations
