      Pros

      If you work hard, they will compensate you financially. The hours aren’t too bad either, and they’re very flexible with college schedules.

      Cons

      Management is awful. They can’t keep most new hires for more than a few months. They take “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean” to a whole new level.
