Pros
Location and co-workers are both positives of this company.
Cons
This company has serious structural problems, from day-to-day operations to leadership. Asking for help is considered a burden even though training is quick and you’re thrown straight in. The highly cutthroat environment leads to comparison and those who have been with the company longest are given a massive advantage. Thing constantly change and you’re expected to adapt with little guidance. Most people stay less than a year before getting let go or burning out. Turnover rate is outrageous. Look elsewhere for a positive opportunity with supportive leadership and a true opportunity to grow. They provide low base pay in combination with a lack of true growth. Leadership is very self-serving. Now working another position years later, corporate can be better than this.
