Pros
Great benefits; recognition for achievements and job performance; interest in each employee's well-being and that of their family; encourages growth and individual advancement; a positive and attractive work environment; and flexibility/work-life balance. Other perks include company BBQ picnics during the work week, hosted lunches, happy hour, birthday parties, a great holiday party every year, and fun social outings or sports events.
Cons
I don't see this as a downside, but some might: You don't want to work here if you don't want to pull your own weight. This is a small but very productive company. You won't be micro-managed here but you will be expected to learn and acclimate quickly.
